Alma Consulting Group : New shareholders for the Alma Group Hervé Amar strengthened as Group President

Following the Group’s holding companies’ general meetings, held on 16 December, Alma Group’s new shareholders are now a pool of investors headed by Babson Capital for 77.5%, and the Group’s management for 22.5%.

The Group’s new shareholders rallied behind Hervé Amar in his role as President of the Group’s companies and renewed their confidence in the Group’s Executive Committee, which remains unchanged.

Stuart Mathieson, Managing Director of Babson Capital said: “We are delighted to have completed this successful shareholding and capital reorganisation, which had been approved by almost all stakeholders last July. The shareholders are confident in the development prospects of Alma under the strong leadership of Herve Amar and his team.”

Hervé Amar, President of Alma Consulting Group, added: “I would like to thank our shareholders for their support and confidence. My team and I can now concentrate fully on growing our activities, in France and internationally, to steer the Group forwards to its new projects.”
